DAV PG College: Students protest against the demand for offline admission, problems in the portal:

DAV PG College On Friday, Satyam Shivam Students’ Union, Diwakar Group and SFI staged a sit-in in the college campus, demanding to start the offline process along with the online admission process in DAV PG College, Dehradun.
Aaqib Ahmed, student leader of Satyam Shivam Sangathan, said that all the student organizations are repeatedly demanding from the college administration to start the offline admission process along with online, but the college is not paying attention to it.
He said that since last year there is a problem in the online portal of the college. Due to this, hundreds of students are unable to pay the fees on time even after getting their names in the merit and remain deprived of admission. The students have demanded that the students who have got place in the first merit list should be given a chance to take admission till September 17. During this, Govind Rawat of Satyam Shivam, Chandrashekhar, Rahul Ramola Himanshu Kukreti, SFI student leader Manoj Kunwar and Diwakar Group student leader Pankaj were present.
