Breaking the dairy without notice is heavy on the officers, construction will have to be done in 30 days;

In the complaint given in the court, Ramesh Chand, residents of Doon Vihar Engineers Enclave Jakhan and his wife Santosh had accused the administration of destroying their property. According to the dairy owner Ramesh, the administration had not given them notice, while under the rules of the Supreme Court. Notice must be given three weeks in advance. Then the next three weeks of hearing and in the next four weeks the District Magistrate should have taken a decision. On behalf of advocate TS Bindra, the administration team was accused of not following the rules of the Supreme Court. The dairy owner had demanded Rs 20 lakh for reimbursement and re-construction.
After the hearing, the court found the complaint of breaking the construction without notice to be true. The court ordered the administration team to get the dairy constructed within the next 30 days in the same condition as it was before the demolition. The then SDM Gopal Ram Beniwal, Irrigation Department Executive Engineer DK Singh, Assistant Engineers Arun Kumar Singh and Vijay Singh Rawat and Ziladar Yusuf were fined Rs 10 lakh. The court has ordered that the above five will have to jointly pay the damages to the dairy owner.
